Let’s start with Bengaluru, the on-road price for the top-of-the-line variant of the XUV 700 is Rs 33.7 lakh. In Delhi the SUV costs 31.7 lakh, in Mumbai it costs Rs 32.4 lakh, in Chennai it costs Rs 32.3 lakh, in Hyderabad the SUV costs Rs 33.15 lakh, in Kolkata it costs 29.7 lakh, in Lucknow it costs 31 lakh, in Jaipur the SUV costs 31.8 lakh, in Ahmedabad the SUV costs 29.2 lakh and in Indore, the SUV costs 32.6 lakh (All prices mentioned here are on-road, please note that the prices are gathered from local dealers and prices might vary a little).

The XUV 700 is offered with two engine options – a 2.2-litre Mhawk turbo-charged diesel engine which puts out 185hp and 420Nm torque in manual and 450 Nm in automatic gearbox. Another engine is the 2.0-litre turbo petrol with 200hp and 380Nm of torque. Both engines come paired with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Diesel engine also gets AWD and Zip, Zap, Zoom and Custom drive modes.

In terms of features, the XUV 700 gets twin 10.25-inch screens for infotainment and instrument cluster, AdrenoX interface with in-built Amazon Alexa virtual assistant, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, wireless charger, panoramic sunroof, auto booster headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, air purifier, leatherette upholstery, electronic parking brake, Sony 12 speaker system with subwoofer and 3D surround sound and much more.

The 700 also gets ADAS features such as Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Brakes, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, smart pilot assist, traffic sign recognition and driver drowsiness detection. Other safety features include seven airbags, ABS with EBD, all-wheel disc brakes, TCS, ISOFIX mounts and much more.
